Ground and underground resources have a big importance in the development of the economics of the countries. Exploration and use of minerals brings a big profit,and as a result peoples’ living standart rises.
Our republic is reach with its’ minerals. Oil called “black gold” has been extracted from very ancient times. Such kinds of fuel as petrol,and mazut are obtained from oil,and it’s also used as a raw material in chemical industry. Rich oil and gasfields have been expored in the Caspian sea, and the Absheron peninsular. Furthermore alunite,iron and non-iron ores used as raw materials in metallurgy are extracted in our country,too. Our republic has a big resource of mineral water. Lime stone,marble,macadam,sand and etc. used as uilding materials are in big amounts. Ground resources include fertility of soil,multicolored climate, crop gained thanks to large water resources. Although the territory of Azerbaijan is not so large,the kinds of cultivated plants are more. Wheat and cotton have larger land plots in our country. Such valuable plants as rice,tea,grapes,vegetables,saffron are cultivated,as well.
Plainsmen in our country have been involved in husbandry since very old times. In husbandry main places are taken by cattle,sheep and bird breeding.
STATE AND TAXES
In the world, formation of country brought to the formation of taxes, as big funds are necessary to administrate, protect from the outernal intervention, education, social protection, and etc.When we say taxes, we understand an obligatory payment from one part of profit of the citizens of the country, and the enterprises. If the country develops and the profits rise, with regard to the way determined by the legislation, more funds are collected, and as a result the might of the country increases.
